Mrs. Patricia Call has over 30 years of diverse experience in International Trade, Economic Development Education and Non-Profit Program Management. Mrs. Call has served as Financial Director, Program Specialist and Chief Executive Officer of many non-profit organizations, ranging from Social Services, Housing and Urbanism, Food and Nutrition, Education, and Philanthropy in general. As a leader in the nonprofit field, she developed programs based on identified community needs. Mrs. Call has successfully researched, written and managed federal, state and private grants resulting in multi-million dollar operational and programmatic funding for national and international programs. Mrs. Call studied Math & Physics Universidad del Norte, Antofagasta, Chile.
Mr. David Esmaili | Principal, Economic Development
Mr. David Esmaili has over twenty-one years’ experience in economic development project implementation in renewable energy, transportation, environment and sustainability for local and state govern-ments. As the Director of an economic development center at West Valley College, he developed training programs on energy efficiency, renewable energy, transportation, logistics, land use planning, geographic information systems, sustainable building operations, green building design, and alternative fuel classes and training programs. He has provided consulting services, project development, and training programs to clients both domestically and internationally. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy of Natural Resources from the University of California at Berkeley and has done graduate work in Environmental Studies at San Jose State University.
